I pride myself on providing excellent customer service by understanding your needs and keeping all lines of communication open to ensure an effective loan transaction and a positive experience. I value the trust my customers place in me as I help them to maximize the value of their real estate investments through innovative mortgage loans and savings programs.

I began my career at Finance Factors in 1988 as a Management Trainee and then served as Manager at the Kailua Branch where I assisted customers with their savings and loan needs. My broad range of experience prepared me for my current position of Vice President, Business Development Manager which I’ve held since 2004.

I am a graduate of Creighton University with a B.A. in Business Management and a member of the Hawaii Association of Mortgage Brokers (HAMB). As a fan of University of Hawaii sports, I enjoy spending time with friends and tailgating at UH football games.
